This project gives LANDE investors an opportunity to provide funding in the amount of € 3 600 for Self-employed farmer to receive a loan for working capital.

This project gives an opportunity to make a loan with an annual rate of 10% and LTV of 40%, loan term is 12 months. The Loan and the interest for the Loan use for all the period of its use are repaid by one payment on the  last  day  the  Loan  maturity term.

The borrower is a farming company engaged in crop farming growing wheat, oats, barley and maize as well as manages 39.88 ha of agricultural land. Financial results in 2022 were: declared income € 22 700.

This project is pledged by a first-rank mortgage on real estate, located: the collateral consists of 1.88 ha of agricultural land located in  Skuodo r. sav., Aleksandrijos sen., Kaukolikų k., M. Gimbutienės g. 34, 7518/0004:8 Kaukolikų k.v., Lithuania.

In order to secure the claims, arising out of loan agreements, a first-hand mortgage in the amount of € 9 000 is registered on the collateral in the Land Register of Lithuania.

The borrower aims to repay the loan from incoming business revenue.

The borrower is a recipient of support payments from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
